Outdoor Mini Sessions

Step into nature, slow down for a moment, and let yourself be seen. These outdoor mini sessions are about more than photos — they’re a chance to press pause and reconnect, whether you come as a family, a couple, or just as you. This is a space to celebrate connection, beauty, and presence in a peaceful setting. The result? Honest, timeless portraits that feel as good as they look.

📍 Location: Canons Park, Donnefield Avenue, Edgware, HA8 6RH
🕒 Duration: 30 minutes
🚗 Parking: Paid parking available near the park

Who Is This For?

These outdoor mini sessions are ideal for families of up to four members (two adults and two children aged 6 months or older).

If you're a couple, a mother with her children, or even coming solo for a personal portrait, you're welcome too. The atmosphere is relaxed, natural, and focused on connection.

Includes:

  • 30-minute outdoor session

  • 10 high-resolution digital images for download

Optional:

  • Additional edited images: £20 each

  • No RAW or unedited files are included or available for purchase

  • All prices are final and non-negotiable

Selection & Editing Process

Within 3 days of your shoot, you’ll receive an online gallery with 35–40 watermarked previews

  • You’ll choose your 10 favourites (or more, if you'd like extras)

  • Your selected images will be carefully retouched and delivered within 14 days of your final selection

  • Unselected images will be permanently deleted

Watermarks cover the entire photo to protect my work from unauthorised use, including screenshots. Unedited images are for selection purposes only and not for personal use.

Outfit Guidelines

  • Please arrive fully dressed and ready to start.

  • We do not provide outfits for outdoor sessions.

  • Styling recommendations provided after booking.

Booking Information

To secure your session:

  • A £100 non-refundable retainer is required at booking

  • The remaining balance (£150) is due on the day of the shoot

After Booking

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive two important emails:

  1. Booking confirmation with outfit and prep tips

  2. A reminder email 1–2 days before your session

Don’t forget to check your Spam folder. Adding the first email to your Favourites/Starred list ensures you won’t miss anything.

Weather & Lighting

These sessions are designed for soft, natural light.

I only offer late afternoon slots (4–7 PM), when the light is gentler. A cloudy day is preferred, but if the sun is still too harsh, we’ll work in shaded areas for the best results.

📸 Sessions will go ahead in light or passing showers — only heavy, persistent rain will require rescheduling.
And while the light and weather may change, I’ll adjust to the conditions and ensure you still receive a beautiful set of images.

If you’ve booked a weekend slot and the weather doesn’t allow us to shoot, please note that rescheduling will take place during a weekday at a similar time. By booking, you agree to this possibility.
