ALL PACKAGES contain 10 digital images to download.

Additional images can be bought separately for £20 / image (optional).

Kindly note unedited (RAW) files are NOT included in the package and are NOT available to purchase.

SELECTION AND EDITING PROCESS

  • 4 days after the photo shoot, you'll receive a link to an online gallery containing 35-40 digital images, each with a watermark featuring my name in the centre as a protective measure against unauthorised use.

  • 14 days after confirming your selection, you will receive a link to download them without a watermark at full resolution.

  • Any images that you haven't chosen or purchased separately will be promptly deleted.

OUTFITS

  • You have the choice of either one outfit suitable for both setups or a maximum of two outfits, one for each setup.

  • We do not supply outfits for children due to safety and hygiene precautions.

  • Nonetheless, once your booking is confirmed, we'll provide clothing recommendations, guidance on preparing for the shoot, and cost-saving tips for your outfits.

BOOKING

  • A non-refundable £100 retainer will be necessary to book your slot. The balance will be paid in full at the end of the photo shoot.

  • To secure your Christmas family shoot with Elberta Pictures, here’s what you need to do:

  • Before making the payment, choose one of the three available packages (October, November, December). Please verify that the selected package matches the month of your scheduled photoshoot.

  • If you're ready to book your Christmas family shoot with Elberta Pictures, click the link below to check availability and secure your slot by making a £50 payment. Please double-check that your phone number and email are accurate.

  • If you don't find your preferred date and time listed, please reach out to me to see if I can make them available for you.

  • After your booking is confirmed, you'll receive two more emails. The first will include your confirmation and outfit recommendations, and the second will be a reminder sent 1-2 days before the shoot.

  • Make sure to regularly check your email, including your Spam folder, in case you miss them.
