Please note: RAW (unedited) files are not included and not available to purchase.

How the selection & editing works

  • 4 days after your shoot you’ll receive a private online gallery with 35–40 previews. Each preview carries a large, full-image watermark to protect the work during selection.

  • 14 days after you confirm your choices, you’ll receive your final images in full resolution, without watermark, ready to download.

  • To receive your photos in time for Christmas, please complete your selection within 7 days of receiving the gallery. Selections made after that window will be processed after the winter holidays (delivery around mid-February).

  • Images not selected or purchased are deleted in accordance with my studio policy.

Important: The gallery link is for selection only. Sharing, screenshotting, or using any watermarked image is strictly prohibited and constitutes a copyright violation. Thank you for respecting the work.

What to wear

You’re welcome to wear one outfit that works for both scenes, or change once between sets.
For safety and hygiene, I don’t supply children’s outfits.
Once you book, I’ll send you a simple outfit guide plus easy prep tips so your session feels calm and effortless.

How to book

  • A £100 non-refundable retainer secures your slot.

  • The balance is due at the end of the session.

  • Before paying, choose the package that matches the month of your appointment (October, November, or December).

  • When booking, double-check your email and mobile number—that’s how I’ll send confirmations, your gallery, and reminders.

After booking, you’ll receive:

  1. A confirmation email with session details and outfit guidance.

  2. A reminder 1–2 days before your session.

FAQ

How many photos do we get?
10 edited digital images are included. You can add more at £20 per image.

Can we bring grandparents or extra family members?
These sessions are designed for up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children aged 6 months and above). For larger families, please ask about a custom session.

What happens if we’re late?
Arriving up to 10 minutes late shortens your session by the same amount. Being more than 10 minutes late results in cancellation and forfeiture of the retainer. Rebooking requires a new retainer.

What should we bring?
Just yourselves, any second outfit if you plan to change, and clean shoes for the outdoor set. I’ll handle the rest—direction, posing, and keeping little ones engaged.
